Those 8x, 16x and 32x are for multi-GPUs.

Err ... no? The x[number] is just the amount of lanes the PCIE slot has. Most cards, even if they aren't made for multi-GPU setups use x16. And x32 doesn't exist yet, afaik.

6850 w/ the modded bios to fully unlock it is probably a better choice in terms of price/performance. Or even the 6770 if he doesn't need anything really fancy

the mony is not the problem.
im looking for card thet will be simple becous in a few mounts ill buy new computer but for now i cant play even CombatArms with my on bord chip....
my 9600gt is like 90$ in my country and i was thinking to rais the money and buy somthink better for now.
what about "Gigabyte GeForce GTX560 1024MB GV-N560OC-1GI"?
my question is if it will be a problem for me thet the memory of the card is GDDR5?
