how many hackers for real in APB?

i really want to know that...sometimes i meet hackers again and again,sometims none of them in a whole day...

i got a little bit care of that,just want to know is it guy who killed me again and again are hacker...lol

is there someway to find out anybody is a hacker?

Not sure, if you see a player who is gold ranked and has a Rating of <50, he/she has a high possibility to hack

those who is gold and under 100 rank are highly possible hackers....

almost 4000 accounts were banned that only caught the redshirts running widely distributed hacks.
some undetected ones were flagged only because they were in hacker clans and had reports against them.
but not even half of all hackers were caught and 75% of servers have higher than normal hacker %'s.
many of the 4000 rerolled instantly and are raging to troll also and means counter hacks are still needed to beat them.

Game really only has 20,000 active players. They like to claim 100,000's but that is not what /pop command tells you.

half the community hacks. everybody got sucker in the hack party and at least everbody who played the game for a while want to use hacks themself

they could of been with hackers to rank up to gold xD i know someone that did that, 3 hackers 1 player and he abandoned them after he was gold lol

The factor APB refuses to include is the several accounts these hackers have. They go solely based as 1 account per hacker. This is not the case and thus their logic has been somewhat flawed.

Do not be fooled however.. there is a pretty big size of hackers and those that do it are truly obvious. I hate to stereotype but many of your top players are the rating 195's, Threat 10, never die in a mission and go 30-0 kids that dominate.

Or they toggle on whenever a clutch loss is not normally avoidable. Its is a good strategy really. Good players do not need to hack to beat scrubby players but sometimes APB game gives unbalanced missions or stupid awesome luck to their opposition so they turn hacks all on. Lots & lots of top players do it.
