If you live near UK, go to UK servers,
If you live near Canada/USA go To Alpha or Bravo and if You live in the south of US go to US South server.
And if you are from br, a br server is going to be added

When you say lag, do you mean you have high ping or you have a low FPS rate?
Also does it only happen when you use hacks, or is it all the time?

little FPS(ex:20)=PC old or bad
High ping= bad internet

First off : Lag = Ping. If your farther from the servers over distances, then you'll have a greater ping. The closer you are to the server, the less ping you are going to get.

FPS Lag - Crossfire's recommended requirements I believe are Nvidia G-Force 5 and 1GB of RAM. If your right on the specs, then you should be experiencing around 40~50 FPS/Game. If you have lower specs, you'll fall into the minimum requirements to play, which is really slow and non-steady. You can try doing a disk clean up, defragmentation, and a self clean up on your PC. It does not require downloads. All those programs should be on your PC.

UK server is the nearest to me i get 156 ping, but thats still a lot

I only have 1 MB and i get 156 ping

My cousin have 8MB and he gets 336 wtf?

If FPS lag is the problem then Gamebooster will help.
The question was a bit vague and if you don't want to download anything then just invest in a better internet provider/computer(if you're fps lagging).

There is no link between MB and a ping or did you mean your internet speed?
Just test on all servers and check out, where you have the greatest ping...

Close any unwanted process and download Game Booster .
Run CF and close explorer.exe if needed. You can re run it by going to Task Manager and pressing New Task .
