Why don´t you just use an IP Hider and use an american IP?
And don´t say shit to those countries. hero is canadian I think
So try IP Hider or PM Hero or Jacket. They live in the US and Canada

It will not work, you've to use an IP Hider, if someone create an account for you, you still can't login the game.

If someone from Canada makes you an account , you still can't play because when you login they still check your IP . I recommend you to get a Public Account with SA and all the info or use IP Hider .
