Please don't mistake this as me defending the guy but I thought people here were fine with redistribution of works so long as proper credit was given.

Oh, that is definitely a problem. I looked the site and it looked like they were just redistributing. If they're selling work that isn't theirs, I think you guys can contact paypal and have them freeze the account. Have the authors of the work send in a report, I think freezing their paypal account will do more damage than having their domain whois info posted here.
Not only do you prevent them from getting anymore money, you lock them out of the money they currently have in the account.
Look into the phishing site and and find out the anti-phishing laws of wherever country is hosted, if you can prove phishing is actually going on, you can get the authorities involved. That way, you can be assured that not only his sites get shut down, but gets some serious hurt in the process.
You guys handle your stuff with pride good job and keep it up :,)
And i thank you guys for that
This is so epic nice job! Kinda reminds me of robin hood haha :P
I've already gotten a hold of a friend of mine that works for hostgator concerning another site that is doing the same thing, and I've given him all information necessary to go through the channels of getting it taken down.
To the one who posted that this was information obtained by whois, then yes, you're correct. It is however the information i have that is NOT obtained by whois that is going to do me some good on my level to put this kind of shit to a stop.
I have NO problem with leechers. If I did then I would not have released the labyrinth bot, my bot collection, or anything else that I've worked on. I wouldn't have helped Zaia with SinBot's development, or done anything else that I've done behind the scenes to make sure that you guys have what you need to do what you want, but it's things like this that are what I refer to as provokers.
Provokers are what give us a reason to stop making things free at all, a reason to say "fuck the average user" and distribute our releases to those that are willing to support it, not just leech it, and attempt to make money off of it.
I'm having a few pressing health issues that of which I'd rather not discuss, so i won't be spending a lot of time on this, but I will be working on it in my free time. SinBot is still a 'go' it's just going to take some time. Tomorrow I've got to go to the hospital again, when I get out then I'll be back on SinBot Production. I may tinker with it some while I'm in, just depends on how drugged up I am.
Also, there's a user on here who's name shall remain anonymous for now who is willing to help with Vindictus EU contribution for SinBot so that may very well become a project IF I feel that I can trust said individual with some sensitive information regarding the new setup of the bot. If I don't, then it will remain US only for now, and until I deem a time worthy of me spending countless hours working on EU's version.
