Advertising question

I'm new here and don't want to overstep my boundaries, and the "Rules" link in the automated message sent to me when I created my account is broken.

What precisely constitutes advertising? Uploading a link to another forum? Posting someone else's hack without giving credit? I'm rather lost.

Advertising is basically posting links of other rival sites or game hacking sites.

Or external download links. Upload all files to MPGH with Virus scans.

For example you can post a link to Maps - Minecraft Forum
Because it is a different sort of forum to mpgh.
You can't post a link to any website that contains game hacking.
