Don't think anyone here would buy them. Over half of the people here probably don't know what it is or how to use it. This is mostly just a game hacking forum.

well it 100% legal and a stresser it is test your inter net connection and see how strong it is depending on how much power it takes to make you drop you internet connection.This is only used to test on yourself and people that have your consent to do so on i will soon make a thread and post if it get removed then that answer my ?z lol
