no you cant as this trainer as this trainer is only looking for BlackOps SP not MP so nothing would even happen

Tried to use the no recoil hack under CT in combat training after scanning(never scanned before, so clicked first time), yes, I did scan the addresses for multiplayer. But once I got in the game after turning off VAC, it wouldn't work, no matter how many times I scanned. So, I went to zombies, same thing.

Do I need to enable/disable .net framework? Because just now, I got it to work, but once I restarted the game and tried everything I did before(enabling/disabling .net framework), it wouldn't work again.

You must have used a different hack in multiplayer, because this in NO WAY is possible to ban you. VAC is not active in singleplayer/zombies.
Your ban was not caused by this trainer/hack. lol.
