.exe That Opens By itself

i want to make a .exe that opens byitself like a 1 hour timer or something

i want to put that .exe to another computer thats on my network.

The only way to make it open by itself is to have another program be run and wait 1 hour and then run that one. Or add the file to startup so it loads on startup. Though I'm just guessing this could be for a scare prank? If so you could do the first thing I said.

You can use task scheduler to make a task, but it doesnt have an hourly option just a daily, on startup ect. You can also edit a remote computers scheduler through that and make it run an application or display a messae.
