    Ya we get to turn it off, but i leave it on so...

    and there is no way to KNOW who uses it unless u join mid-game and somone catches it, oru leave and the spam stops

    i think its quite stupid. after a while it gets annoying. there should be a feature for pub and VIP hacks to turn it off
