Should Of not hacked.. Why would you hack on a game you payed for anyways...? Plus EA can do this and is strictly enforcing no hacking. Anyone who hacks or has hacked gets their origins/EA account banned permanently.

Lol, they can't sue you dude. It's against they're EULA, that's not written law, it's just a user agreement that states they reserve the right to terminate all services if you don't comply with their rules. It has nothing to do with legality at all.
