How do you know if you got banned or hacked?

I recently tried to log on, and I can't because apparently my password is wrong.

So I tried to change my password via the "send new link via email" thing, and so I clicked on the link in the email they sent me, tried to change my password, but an error came up stating

"There has been an error with the service. Please try reloading the page."

which I did, then I get:

"Your new password cannot be identical to your existing password. Please enter a new password."

Then I go back and tried to log in with the new password and nothing happens.

Sometimes I get:

"Your verification link was not recognized. Please try again."


BUT!!!

I can log on to my other account, the one which I use for forums only and doesn't have any characters in game...

Was I banned or was I hacked?!

Wow...ur right. I can't log into their website with any of my accounts. It seems their servers have encountered major problems and these high school dropouts working for them have no clue how to fix it >.< We're in for a long day (maybe two)

"Please try again after logging in thru the website" altho you logged in thru the website, your proxy works and the game isnt down.

[Update2]  Due to an unexpected network event that has affected all Nexon games. We are working hard to bring the game back online. We will update you with a maintenance schedule when it is determined how long it will take for this issue to be resolved.

Seems to be a bigger problem.

You know what really happened right? They were having a pizza party after they finially got the uncorrupted file and some one spilled soda on one of the servers.
