[Solution 2] Using Microsoft Internet Explorer:


1- open Internet Options (u will find it in control pane Click To View Step-1,

[Solution 3] Using Computer Management:

If The Above Suggestions Didn't Solve Your Problem, then you need to get on the Administrator account, and the following steps explain how to get on the admin account and rip all permissions required to run any program:
Right Click "My Computer" Icon, then Click "Manage",
Expand the menu "Local Users and Groups",
then expand the sub menu "Users",
now u can see all users' accounts using your computer:
Do the following steps for all users except the Administrator account:
Right click the account and click "Properties",
You can see some check boxes; make sure that the box "Account is disabled" is CHECKED.
Do this Steps for the Administrator Account:
Right click the account and click "Properties"
Make sure that the box "Account is disabled" is UNCHECKED.


NOW, If r having a problem accessing a file then Download this registry File(in the Attachment), double click it and click Yes then OK.
now Right click any file or folder that requires running as admin, then click "Take Ownership"

Congratulations Administrator, now u have full control over your computer
So, Why don't you Start the hack and try now?!.
