to uninstall java
Then scan your registry and use the cleaner
Then restart

Try it with a 1.7.3 Jar

Also try playing runescape when you have re installed java

Its not the .jar, or launcher in any way. And yes, I've tried Runescape after and before installing.

If runescape loads the problem would be with your .minecraft though
