Public hack question
Is it possible to toggle the hack on/off in game?
If so..how?

Yes you always can change the settings while in game or in lobby or almost everywhere.
Only press DELETE and then surf with your arrow keys to select which hack to change value and to change from ENEABLED to DISABLED or DISABLED to ENEABLED.
