If you use Vuze it's easy You just need to go to the Vuze settings and change the ip to a proxy over in Sweden (this is for people in the USA) because Sweden is the ONE country we actually won't track peoples internet connection to (i have no clue why).
Also, google up setting your IP under a mirror and you should find a tutorial that makes it so when people try to trace your IP it goes back to them, I set mine up on a mirror so long ago I forget how to do it / I'm not good with networking

There are underground sites using the Tor network that have lists of good proxies to use from various countries. Finding the sites is a pain in the ass though because they shut down the sites and make a new site like every week to keep the proxies from being detected. The proxies are usually used for illegal activities hahah. I just search until I find one that works /
