What do you mean? Make hacks undetected or..? The only thing you can do is hexedit the .dll files, learn how to use hexedit then come back.

The only thing you can add to a .dll file is whatever you hexedit. You can't just add files and such into .dll files themselves, it doesn't work like that. What you need to do is learn how to code in C++, and create a hack yourself. @Qmo has a few fantastic tutorials in the PB tutorial section on how to do this.
