Unlimited airstrikes glitch gives 2 minute temp bans

Ive now proved this 3 times in a row, if you abuse the unlimited airstrike glitch you get "the call of duty server is not available at this time" and it lasts for 2-5 minutes... seems they (IWnet) are temp banning people for using the glitch its not a VAC ban but it gets highly annoying

EDIT: Im now PERMABANNED via my IP address, I have to spoof my IP just to play again

I haven't used this Glitch, but i've got this "the call of duty server is not avaible at this time". It's not a Ban, just there are too many Connections to the CoD Server so you have to wait a short time..

first time it only lasted 5 minutes, but Ive been trying constantly for the last HOUR and it still wont connect... Im temp banned dude Im going to change my IP/MAC and see if it evades the ban

EDIT: SURE ENOUGH CHANGING MY IP/MAC EVADED THE BAN connects INSTANTLY now

RE-EDIT: CHANGING MY IP/MAC BACK prevents me from connecting, so it was an IP/MAC address ban


RE-RE-EDIT: It appears to be a IP address ban alone, manually setting my IP, with the same(default) mac address results in me being able to connect

How much did you abuse it though? Did you do like air strikes the whole entire round or what?

What if I did maybe like 2-3 airstrikes a round?

hmm im getting the same message as you are, but i havent used any glitch or anything so its just the servers probably

atleast i hope so :P

the only thing that i have used is the texture hack from archangel

nah I abused the crap out of it calling in hundreds of them in one match... they also banned me from the steam forums for talking about it... they are getting really anal about covering up their mistakes.
