Just enable updates in iw4mp.cfg, make sure you are NOT runnning any hack.

Delete chaches.xml and the bootstrap folder. Then Run as admin.
If this doesnt work for you download the updater (https://alteriw.net/content/aIW-37a-10802.zip) and put all files in your MW2 Folder.

just delete your cache folder and cache.xml ( or if that didn't work also iw4mp.dat)

and then run iw4mp.exe
