Hey guys, I was on CA NA having some fun on my desktop when all of a sudden it freezes, and green lines stroke the screen (still lines, not bold. they were dotted then dashed then dots etc.) I restarted my computer. It turned on making a quieter noise.... It turned on, but the monitor didn't flash from orange to green(when it acknowldges the cpu) Ive tryed TWO of my monitors, neither are working, both using the same pin. Is there anything i can do besides buy another Graphics card? (Average about 110 $ lowest - 1000+)

Anything helps... I cannot afford a new graphics card... I just can't and my laptop is shit. I also have a family friend who is handy with computers (Its his job) But i don't want my parent's even more angry at me than they already are.
