There are two kinds of people in any kind of customer service job. Those who care about themselves and those who care, in some way, about the customer. EA is no different, but if you do contact them make sure you have an actual problem. They will know if you are just fucking with them. If you find on of their Customer Service members to be a total D-bag, hang up and try again. After a couple attempts you are bound to get on the phone with someone who actually knows what they are doing.

for the PC guys... did u guys recived your code yet for back to karkand (limited Edition)
cause i only have the normal bf3 version, without the dlc.. but want to try the ea chat, and tell them, that i dont get the mail with the karkand code yet.

I don't think you need a special code. I might be wrong though. But in my Battlelog in the server browser I can choose the expansion. It might be like that for everyone, don't know. But I think it might be already activated for those with Limited Edition?

And by the way, if someone can get me a code for NFS The Run or Medal Of Honor (legit Origin of course) via EA support I'd be thankful and surely find a way to return your favor.
