(TUT) How to make skin!

Hello and happy new year to all!

First go to the Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing and download paint.net
then open paint and click open button
then go to local disc C:/programs files/warrock/textures/ingame for scope
or /ui for..... that hp thing and all and itemshop!
Then click on file what u want start skinning!
if u are done then click save then comes up one box that the second thing or texture is very bad graphic!
