my dedicated server dont show up?

hey guys,i dont know why but my dedicated server doesnt show up? i mean i run it, it says everything goes well but i cant find it in the dedicated server list? even in LAN or in internet?

ps: i changed the local ip so u dont see it :P

But anybody knows why cant i see it? SSDN is open and NAT too ?

So if anybody knows please answer me... and if u need to look by yourself i could do a teamveiwer session with you thanks!

If your hosting on the same IP it probably won't appear. Because you can't connect to yourself with an external IP (which I think the IW servers store on their database) so yeah. If you know your internal IP you can do this:

Right-click Steam in the tasktray > Library > Right-click Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Multiplayer > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type in +connect your_internal_ip:portnumber > OK > Close > Start the game.

See if that works.
