Need tutorial to unlock DVARS in console

You just gave me the code for the hack, but I have no clue at all what to do.

The hack that you posted is for 90 fov, I presume? But I want to unlock all the DVARS in public matches.

just get the address of sv_cheats and set it to 1 in cheat engine, try this : 0x644FFB8

I am very noob when it comes to hacking... Could you explain a bit more. How do I use cheat engine, how to get it? Where do I find the adress of sv_cheats and how do I get into 1?? Thanks.
