Joining Vindictus NA from the europe

okay so.. i've tryied everything, AOL desktop, proxyfier, widecap, proxyfirewall, everything but i still cant connect to the game, the thing is, i am 100% sure i did as explained on the tutorials, if someone wants he can try doing it for me with teamviewer but im sure it won't connect anyway, so i guess its something from my PC that gives me problem, i even spent 7 hours of searching for a working proxy, but won't work, with AOL desktop everything is ok, i even checked through some websites if my IP actually changed and it did, but i still cant connect to vindictus NA from europe..
I am the only one experiencing this? does someone have a solution?

Use ProxyCap 3.15 and a US proxy.
