Mw2 RDS model on MW3 weapons?

Is this even possible? I'm used to the COD4 style RDS but I prefer the MW2 style RDS. Can anyone make this happen?

hmmm.... not really... perhaps a texture MOD...but there is none ATM (and might never be one)

I do know that the MW2 RDS is in the game. I think it's in Spec Ops or single player because I've seen it in the trailers.

Wouldn't it be possible to just copy and paste or replace that file with the spec ops file? I don't have a clue about this type of modifications so sorry if I'm confusing anyone.
