Secrets to craft more than +10 weapon?

The cost will vary greatly depending on how much people are paying for enhance runes, emp stones and other mats. I think the key here is the enhance runes. After a big nx sale, there's a few more high plus weapons than usual because people do taking advantage of the big discount in enhance runes. I still do not see +15 weapons for sale though. If there is a way to manipulate the RNG, there should be at least a few +15 on the market. Unless someone truly knows the secret to manipulating the RNG but only want to make one or two +15 and use it for himself without selling anything.

I'm not considering this subject useless. I know it is possible. I'm not making much progress though, other than finding out a way to change the enhance speed.

Then I feel like making some friends lol . It wouldn't be any good if they kept it as a secret ... Afterall they will still have to get rid of the item , and why not sell it for a huge amount of money instead of passing it to a friend / stranger ...

People sell those +15 for real money. If they have a trick, why would they tell everyone?
A single +15 can be sold for a few hundreds.
If I had a trick, I would probably not tell anyone and make cash out of this easy cash trick.
