BF3 keeps crashing on me, no clue why?

I bought BF3 a couple of weeks ago, couldn't play it because of my GPU failing hardcore.
Got myself a nice Radeon 6870 HIS yesterday, and I can play it on Ultra now.
But, when I wanted to play online, my (cracked) Windows kept telling me that this version of Windows aint legit (small pop-up in the bottom-right corner of the screen), and made BF3 crash. However, I fixed that, so now my Windows is ''legit''. But 2 things are happening to me now.
1) I can't move screens, can't minimalize them, can't close them, nope. I have to close them with alt+f4, and yeah, can't minimalize/maximize or move them, so sometimes it's a pain. And,
2) Whenever I play BF3, everythings all right, but I'm getting lagg. It doesn't really matter that much, but it keeps lagging, and with each lag spike it gets worse, and in the end it'll shut BF3 down.

HELP pl0x. Will even pay for the answer to my problams

First, lower your settings on the graphics, and try playing the game in windowd mode. I had the same problem but i fixed it by playing in windowd mode .

I tried like almost everything, but it seems I'm not the only person in the world suffering from this inevitable wrath.
A lot of people have been having game crashes commonly after the newest patch.

I had it for a few minutes, then i fixed it . Hmmm i'll see what i can do. Try to solve it by yourself for now.

I am having some problems getting in to some servers it would kick me out PB\no pb, as for the rubber banding well they reckon they sorted that out but I am rubber banding all the time and my internet is prety good with 10 meg connection and 1 meg up, don't really have any lag on other multiplayer games just this.

Well, I found out that it isn't only happening to me, but to other players also. This problem came with the newest patch or something.
Tried everything.
Reïnstalling BF3, reïnstalling Origin, unchecking this, unckeching that, updating my GPU drivers, nothing bloody fucking works!
If it was my internet connection, I could've solved that problem. But it even kicks me out of the game in Single Player mode -.-

Why didn't you just download windows 7 activated edition 32 or 64 bit. comes with loader. then you have a fully working windows update ready OS. then you can play no worry's.. and for the love of god get rid of your ATI card. go nvidia you will not regret it

Reinstalling windows would be the only good solution for you, install one that already comes activated...
And you shouldn't play on Ultra settings with your card, the 6870 is only capable of medium-high settings, that is if you don't want to get lag and low framerate, if you had another 6870 in crossfire then you'd be good.

Update your BIOS/Motherboard, just go to the manufacturers website and find the driver.
