VB Macro options help!

I have a big question:
Does VB macro supports pixel finder on specific color or shape which isnt terminated by AVA? And i would appriciate some hints on this code body.

Okey i can try!
in visual basic i can add macro, but can i make macro to look for colours on screen or shapes with mouse?
for example in standart macro
Pixelsearch i specify my screen resolutions and color i want to find.
I dont know how to else ask im noob in VB macro
