Reinstalling it completely (deleting the remaining folders, running Ccleaner, etc.) might solve your problems, we are thinking about on creating a general thread where you can find such files like .rez and minor files to download, so all the reinstallation method can be discarted.
Well that's a definitive way to solve your problem, I'm closing it.
