Well first, hey guys, haven't posted here in a few months. Glad to see a decent minion was picked (*cough* Mouzie).

Anyways, I tried to login to my account today (Platinum grade D: ) and got this message:


I'm not quite sure what it means /
Only thing I can think of is a few emails I received about 3 weeks back from PayPal with a notice about Nexon returning 50$, no reason was stated.

You guys understand this kinda stuff better than me. :/ I was going to submit a ticket but I can't login to do that

Your paypal charged the money back, meaning you charged 50k nx, and paypal took it back/ your credit card company took it back.

Didn't even buy any NX within 2-3 months of getting the emails.

All you need to do is pay them the money back. They simply block your account and will unlock it. You're not banned, but just prevented from logging on.

Thanks for the clarification. Wasn't too sure about emailing them as it says on the support page they don't provide email support
