Can I get the newest ConsoleHack.dll?

i downloaded pubconsole and vinpub.

i wanted to use every commands but i couldn't use except god, ohk, nuke.

can i get dll containing every commands?

if i can, where can i get it?

Not bindfix files? Err. I don't get it. Just use the public console and if you need it the god/ohk dll.
