they do check the players, but its so many reports they skip loads of peoles ^^
as long as u dont hack 24/7 u most likley wont get banned

Yeah, I am pretty sure it is impossible, just because even trough I don't hack in such manner like using wallhacks, aimbots etc., only with xp, level or prestige hacks and I get reported about 2 times every match (lol), but I've never been banned (yet ^^).
