1) Buy an ad in the local paper asking for citizens to help by donating time and materials for covering from parking to inside. 2) Build another locker room at the entrance for coat storage that is lockable. 3) Provide trophies/plaques for a list of do-gooder project winners like picking up the most trash during lunch break.
