Personally I haven't had experience with that but if you think it will cause any damage to you, try another technique.
When you brush your teeth, do you also brush your tongue? Brushing your tongue helps reduce bad breath
Hey guys, been while since posting in general but I got a serious question for you guys. I've been suffering from bad breathe since I was in elementary and it has really taken a toll on my life-style and has to end soon... I've heard that mixing halfhalf of hydrogen peroxide and water and gargling with the diluted solution could actually make the bad breathe go away, but at the same time, some others say that it will damage your mouth and that it is really harmful for you. Does it really work and is it safe for me to do that? It would be great to hear from someone with personal experience with this and not from copying and pasting from other sites. Thanks and please answer with a bit of respect
I don't say much, but THANK ME if I helped

In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

Bacteria on your tongue is creating the bad breath. The white gunk on your tongue is plaque, brush it all off and instant fresh breath. It comes back every day though.
Brush teeth and tongue often
Use a breath mint if you can't

Invest in mints, mint gum, and remember to clean your tongue twice a day. Using a bit of mouthwash before brushing can make the breath last longer, too.

Use mouthwash, take mints, have gum, brush your teeth, or spray some perfume..
But if it's really that bad, ask a doctor for advice
I recommend Crest Total Mouthwash, it makes your breathe fresh and minty. Another thing, take Baking soda and mix with toothpaste for whiter teeth and fresher breathe.

It's got an NFPA of 2, 0, 1. Meaning it can be dangerous to swallow.
I've never heard of it helping bad breath, and I doubt it would do anything. You're better of just brushing your teeth regularly, using mouthwash, brushing your tongue, chewing mint gum and brushing your tongue
For those of you offering me gums and mints, I've been at it for years with them. I'm looking for more of a permanent measure that I won't have to bother with it or worry about for a long time. I'm not sure how many of you that posted suffer from bad breathe, but I really have difficult time speaking and talking to people without having to block my mouth or just not say anything at all. It really sucks and anyone with more personal HP experiences?
