Nexon Tech Support Vs Battlefield 3 (PC) Tech Support

Which do you think is better?? I personally think EA is more cautious on their approach and locates the exact problem before doing anything with the servers (unlike Nexon who shuts down the servers, then looks for the problem and takes a long time doing so). I will post updates on the BF3 tech support updates as soon as I can.

CA Is a free game and it's a fact there is only 5 people working for CA

Battlefield would have the better support simply because of how mainstream the game is. Combat Arms doesn't have hundreds of thousands of players. Most accounts are alternates, test accounts, and/or new main (due to previous main account being banned/suspended). Battlefield has thousands of people playing at all hours everyday. Peak times for Combat Arms is when school gets out for the day. Even then, we only see maybe a couple thousand players.

Well every time I have tried to get some help from Nexon they have gave me the most incompetent answer. So yea BF3 definitely.
