    Does MSI-880GM-E41 (Motherboard) support AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition, it has AM3 socket, but it's not listed HERE

    It should support it, the list is most likely old. If you really want an AM3 build try getting a new board (the 880g chipset is kinda old, the 990x is what you should be aiming at for mid-range stuff or 990fx for high-end stuff).
