The World, and America's Future

I heard from my Biology teacher that the world has only about 40 years, maybe less, of natural gases, petroleum, and oil left. I asked Obama this question on the White House's Official Question Channel (I'd be pretty giddy and excited if he actually saw it and addressed me publically on the question), but this was mine:

Mr. President, what do you plan on doing about the world's low supply of natural fossil fuels? What is America's plan once we do run out?

I posted 2 versions of that question, basically asking the same thing, except one asks what America's plan was. The first one, just the generality of running out of fossil fuels got 40+ Likes and is still getting attention. The one I posted above only has 1 like and got pushed to the bottom before anyone could see it. If you want Obama to answer my question too, please give me a thumbs up on it (Username Haydonzz).

Anyways, what do you think on that question? Shoot.


I personally think there would be a lot of killing and war over the last gallons of petroleum.. unless a proper plan is in place.

So for 80 years, a lifetime, we had the power to move cars (slowly of course) until they finally found a way to slave America.
Nikola Tesla holds 300+ patents, one of which is the method and apparatus to transmit data.
He was the first to create energy with an infinite loop of electricity (like a battery that never runs out, because it recycles upon itself to generate more energy)
Russia is extracting 20 years' worth of oil out of the sea as we speak.
They will continue to find a way to make energy a chore, a ridiculously unobtainable source without paying.

We will never get free energy until the source of corruption ends.

This. Your Biology teacher is an idiot. The Saudi's, Russia, Africa, and the America's have enough natural gas to supply the world for a very long time.
People are just reluctant because it isn't cheap getting it out of the ground, hence why a big chunk of America's oil is imported.

Beat me to it I love getting into this argument with people, it's as if they don't realize how much Oil we actually have. Morons believe everything that's fed to them meanwhile it's just to be used as a scapegoat for the unnecessary raising of gas prices.
