Tapping Question

Ok, so I recently got back from quitting SF for 1 year, and I still see people going under the sub(hence tapping). I decided to try it my self, but I have a new router since 1 year ago, and for some odd reason, when I unplug my router I am still connected for like 5-10 seconds. I don't wanna risk having it unplugged for any longer because of the risk of DCing. Do some routers no longer work, or what?

Also, is it better to unplug it from my computer, or router?

New problem, I can now tap, but when I plug back into router, I die if i'm in water.

Hmmm, strange problem.... The good news is, that you CAN tap. Now you have to figure out what the best way/tip is. I don't tap at all so I'll be no help.

On Topic: Now, your problem is probably that you are at the wrong spot when you stop tapping, so the game registers you as "dead". Maybe you'll need to find a spot where the game thinks no one could ever come. There you can easy and safe camp.

Thing is, all the safe spots are to far, and I can no longer tap for 10-20 seconds like my old router. Now it permits me to 5-10 seconds. Any safe spot locations that I can get to within a few seconds?

I really don't know actually... I do know it could help you with reaching the Sub... But getting beneath it...

All depends on your computer and connection to the server. You can tap for more than 10 seconds, but it's unlikely you'll go anywhere. IJJI made tapping harder so it kinda' disconnects you faster, I guess. I honestly don't think tapping is a good idea, since it's a waste of time, and you'll always get killed, EXCEPT, when you're host. When you're host, no one can touch you, but you can kill everyone else. People tapping under the submarine, they camp in Warehouse B or in the corner of the 3 box(Next to Warehouse B). I highly suggest you don't tap though. Just rush with smokes and flash, and you'll make it fine. Or just jump around until you get to the target, hoping you won't die.
