By main screen I assume you mean the character/login screen? Here's what's probably happening..
You are using the Hackshield emulator and an error about contacting the server popped up, and the bot closed it, but you do not have log in credentials entered on the bot options, so it just stops at the log in screen. To fix it, enter your login credentials in one of the options tabs and then try again. Also, watch the bot run and see what happens after each boss, a little more detail could help

It only detects Goliath, but doesen't run it.
Im using Vindictus-Eu German language!
Im also using this on a laptop without Numpad, which shouldn't be worse, cuz the bot just needs to execute the commands right?

Odds are the server is lagging, I think about everyone who uses Hackshield Emulator has also gotten errors like this before. We just have to wait for a new version of OHK/Godmode dll and console to be undetected I guess before this is 100% flawless, or support for the errors.

It would spend AP automatically only if this skill has gotten at least 1 AP, because the MHW will only spend AP automatically after click "Trained Skills Only" automatically which means if there is no AP in skill bar, it will show nothing after clicking "Trained Skills Only" and MHW will failed to spend AP.

What u need to do is add 1 AP to the skills which u want to spend on.
