Hmm.. Have you tried to restart your computer? I get same error sometimes when im downloading files.. or im uploading it wrong o_O

I have it now. My antivirus was blocking it. I'll need to have a deeper look at your application code coz you've got 8 positives.

If you would change the name of the file dropped to a better one you should consider looking for using the file name.
And not the path of it.

Because as it looks now it's just messy and is like Hassan says useless.
But if you was to put more work into it it would be better.
