Try W3Schools Online Web Tutorials that's where I learned about some of that stuff. It has tutorials and quizzes on most web dev languages, as well as a certification thing. It also makes a good reference.
In the past, I've tried learning C, C++, Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Lua, Assembly. I've understood most of the stuff I've seen on the regular programming languages. but I want to learn web design now. I need a place to start off with, specifically how to start with HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, JavaScript and how to combine all of them, it's really confusing at the moment for me, as I do not see how to combine all of the file types. If anyone can refer me to a site or link which would help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. My desire to become a programmer is great so please do not think of me as just a noob who doesn't know anything about computers as I can learn fast and want to learn as much as I can about programming languages and web design and programming.

Use the Spring Web Framework for Java instead of PHP. You'll appreciate this advice in about 5 years time, and you won't need to learn one of the worst programming languages in existence.
Learn HTML and CSS. Javascript comes later. Javascript syntax is what Java looks like, and it's not much different from what you're used to.
