Here's what you should do:
1.First of all plan a daily diet (better be a meat-based diet)
2.Start by doing some walk in the morning around your neighborhood
3.Train your body with low weights (to get definition)
4.Once you get the definition start with the mass
The diet and the walk are useful to have a balanced body weight and guarantees you the needed energy for the rest of the day (especially the walk cause it boosts your stamina).
Remember all what you need is determination! Never give up and you will see results within a month. =) Also if you don't have enough money to buy all the weights needed you can also go for pushups, chinups and situps. (or join a gym, it's only $35/month here)
