Uh no......... The fanservice is probably not even a fourth of the episodes, even the ones focused on it. However, a LOT and i mean a LOT of it is just like the picture says.

Character developement. Check.
Engaging dialogue. Definite check.
Though provoking themes. Cheeeeck.
Deep symbolism. I don't know what actually defines this. I guess if you have to think twice about it, its definitely deeper than any other anime.


But you have to see it to believe i guess. Watch the first episode or two and you will understand. Its got fanservice, but its a lot more sly than "hey giant tits and panty shots". The dialogue is probably the most impressive part of it, if not for the art/camera usage as well.

I'll check it out tonight. And deep symbolism usually revolves more around the aspect of what's in the movie to hint off at a deeper meaning. Like the entire plot of a story can mean, let's say religious persecution (example), yet by using subtle hints in the background (such as showing the main character who would be against religion with the corner of the bible in his drawer) it would show religious tolerance as the deeper meaning, by using symbolism to get there. Symbolic elements can also be represented by anything characters wear (Such as red for a romantic/evil occurrence yet to come).

Yeah i wish they had more action. I mean the bee arc currently has his sister as a martial artist, the most action i've seen is the opening and the game of twister.

Last season did have his guts ripped out, the opening had a few blood scenes, and the cat arc was nice. But this one is more story oriented i see.
