Guys, the reason it says that the build is no longer valid for play is because the game updated. Download a manual update or something and set your updates to 1 in the .cfg. It said the same thing for me, and it doesn't mean that you're banned. If you were banned, it'd say "You have been banned from Modern Warfare 2." or something similar. Anyways, it probably is safe to say that this is now detected.

Yes, obviously this has already been discussed here and other countless threads.
At this moment you cannot get banned with this because you can't even play thus can't use it.
alterIW team has disabled usage of older builds which means we'll have to wait until an updated hacked dll comes out.
