Excellent work! The latency on the boxes isn't an issue for me, but it would be nice to have the option of disabling them for your own team members. (Is the latency/jerkiness due to you getting the player's position from the game before/after the client-side lag compensation has taken place, by the way? It feels like that sort of problem).

Also, would it be possible to show the facing direction of players, perhaps by drawing a line along their forward vector? Not sure if you've got access to that, or if you've just got the bounding box info or something.
