Start MW3, when you connected to online services, start the .exe file you downloaded, then press delete when you're IN A GAME, to open menu, and pwn some noobs!

Included injector was removed because it gave virus scan positives. Use Winject or master131's Extreme Injector...

i see no exe file, and the dll wont work on extreme injector, any body got another injector?

Reports of nothing showing up are on the forum this was leached from also. Just a shot in the dark: have you got the latest service pack and .NET (x86 + x64 versions) installed? If not, might be worth trying a few versions... if I have some time tomorrow i'll have a better look and see if I can figure out what exactly is required to run the hack...
