Must note: the way the hack works is like an uber health re generator so insta-death (like over-cooking a grenade) will still kill you (or massive spawn of zombies whacking at you in high levels) beaten' the crap out of you. It works.

only got grenades to work and they only work 1 a round and im not meaning the 2 you get i would get 4

how to use this is stated in the first part.
1-Start black ops
2-Open trainer and use hot-keys to activate
3-Thanks me
4-eat a cookie
i know i didn't help because there might be something wrong. it could possibly be your antivirus blocking the program. i recommend disabling your antivirus. when running the trainer right click on it and select run as administrator.(i think this will be your soloution)
i also think this trainer may depend on the version of your black ops. make sure its black ops 1!. other than that, i don't know.
i will investigate.

I open BO and then open the trainer and push the hot keys yet it doesn't work!
