Congrats man, I'm broke, but I can offer my friendship in-game (I'm on West).
Hell, I don't even think I can provide my own +8 weapon, I only have +3 right now. Also, I can't afford any enhancement stones either.

I can also offer the enhance speed up command, it might help you quicken things a bit.

Do we have to pay for 10-20 up front or are we able to do it 5 at a time til it's succesful, also would you stop if say I wanted to spend around 30 bucks on runes and it only got to 13 or 14?

Also, seems depot may be down or maybe I just need to relog, is there some other way to get you runes or do I just need to relog 10,000 times til I can access it?

If it's down it's probably intentional on Nexon's part. It was down last night too, but they brought it back up later.

Yes, runes first. The more runes you provide higher chances of +15. I'll have some of my own runes as well. And, yes. If the runes just last to +13+14 or you simply want to stop, that's fine. In the event the runes you provided don't make weapon to +15, I will post a screenshot of the failures as well if you request it.
