Lockette/LWC bypass hack

I was wondering if anyone had, or would know how to make a lockette/LWC bypass hack. Me and a friend are working on a custom client and this is the main feature we are looking for.

There was previously a bug in lockette where locked chests could be accessed. However, this bug has been addressed. All chest protections are server-sided so it is pretty much impossible to break or raid other people's chests. The only way to get in them is to become admin or somehow acquire the permission to access locked chests

is there not a way to fake admin client side so the chest will open?

Nope, because the server has a list of people who are admins usually, so you can't tell the game you are one

I don't think it's possible. It's server-sided. Only the admins/ops have control over that.

Is is not possible, because it is permissions based. Every time you attempt to open a locked chest, your name is read from a permissions file, and if granted proper permissions, either the username attached to the lock is read, or the chest is opened (administrator permissions, for example).

The only way to bypass this is to break permissions, or exploit a read path that the locks use.

Inception had an old exploit that only worked in certain conditions, it's patched now

Either way it doesn't work as of now. Unless you can get your name onto the notepad list of names that are admins or mods, you can't do this.
